Alice Makinson

Alice was born in August 1833 in Blackrod and her baptism took place there on July 20th, 1834.¹

Birth Notes

Alice's father was James Makinson and her mother was Betty Mather. Her maternal grandparents were John Mather and Ann Entwistle. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Hugh, John, Nicholas, George, George, Richard, Mary, Ann and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the ten children.
