Hannah Eddowes

Hannah was born on January 4th, 1858 in Chorlton (Lancs) and her baptism took place on January 17th, 1858 in Ardwick.¹²

Hannah's father was James Eddowes and her mother was Martha Beardow. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Eddowes and Martha Jones. She had a brother and three sisters, named James, Mary, Alice and Emma. She was the fourth oldest of the five children. She had four half-sisters named Martha, Emily, Florence and Martha. She died at the age of 63 in January 1921 in Prestwich.¹
