Robert George Dod-Hopley

Robert was born in 1852 in Liverpool and his baptism took place on July 21st, 1852 in Sefton.¹

Robert's father was Randle (Robert) Dod-Hopley and his mother was Mariane (Mary Ann) Broomfield. His paternal grandparents were Robert Dod-Hopley and Ann Hopley. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Charles, John, William, John, Mary and Mary. He was the oldest of the seven children.
