Ellias Compton

Ellias was born in June 1857 in Halliwell.¹

Birth Notes

Ellias' father was James Crompton and his mother was Margaret Mather. His maternal grandparents were Richard Mather and Ann Marsden. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Miles, Richard, Benjamin, Daniel, Mary and Ann. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
