Robert Clarkson 
Robert was born in 1839 in Bolton.1 Robert's father was Richard Clarkson and his mother was Mary Rainford. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, William, Peter, Joseph, Susannah, Jane and Mary. He was the third youngest of the eight children.
