      & Sarah Ellen their daughter who died Sep 18th 1912 aged 61 years.
Josiah was born in April 1841 in Darcy Lever.1  Josiah's father was Cornelius Buckley and his mother was Esther (Eliza) Scowcroft.  His paternal grandparents were John Buckley and Mary Crook. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Ephriam, Mary, Martha and Sarah.  He was the second oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers named James, William and Squire.  He died due to a childhood disease at the age of 5 on June 3rd, 1846 in Darcy Lever.  He was buried in June 1846 in Darcy Lever.2 2
