Stuart was born on March 21st, 1926 in Ellesmere.1  Stuart's father was Hopley Brereton and his mother was Esther Evans.  His paternal grandparents were Edward Brereton and Frances Hopley. He had five brothers named Frank, Norman, Cyril, Thomas and Douglas.  He was the youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 66 on July 19th, 1992 in Wrexham.  He was buried in July 1992 in Is-y-Coed.2 3 



Stuart's family with Anne P Price

‌Stuart and Anne were married in a religious ceremony in June 1949 in Overton.4  They had a son and two daughters, named Brian, Eleanor and Janet.
