Mary Booth

Mary was born in 1834 in Bolton and her baptism took place on June 8th, 1834 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹²

Mary's father was William Booth and her mother was Jane Rostron. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Booth and Alice Scowcroft; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Rostron and Mary Holt. She had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Thomas, John, Richard, William, Alice and Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the eight children.
