John Leslie Bissell

John was born on August 11th, 1906 in Birkenhead and his baptism took place on June 27th, 1906 at St. Anne (Birkenhead).¹²

Birth Notes

John's father was Reginald Bissell and his mother was Gertrude Stocks. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Stocks and Sarah Ann Miller. He had four brothers and a sister, named Reginald, Eric, Percy, Joseph and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 79 in 1985 in Birkenhead.
