Arthur Edward POINTON

Arthur was born on September 24th, 1877 in Riverton, SA.¹   Arthur's father was Thomas POINTON and his mother was Ann CASTLE.  His paternal grandparents were James POINTON and Peggy POLKINGHORNE. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Edith and Ethel.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Henry, Edgar, John, Myra, Flossie, Rosetta, Ella and Sylvia.
