Rosetta Lilian POINTON

Rosetta was born on June 15th, 1894 in Port Pirie, SA.¹   Rosetta's father was Thomas POINTON and her mother was Mary Ann DOWTY.  Her paternal grandparents were James POINTON and Peggy POLKINGHORNE. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Edgar, John, Myra, Flossie, Ella and Sylvia.  She was the third youngest of the eight known children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John, Arthur, Edith and Ethel.
