Horatio Borrowman (Horace) Renton 
Horatio Borrowman, known as Horace, was born in February 1895 in Chester-le-Street County Durham England. Horace's father was William Matthew Renton and his mother was Mary Ann Sherritt. His paternal grandparents were John Renton and Hannah Siddell. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Cecil, Eric Stuart, Claudia Sophia, Olivia, Stella, Enid Marguerita and Helena. He was the second youngest of the eight children.-
