Enid Marguerita was born on April 11th, 1890 in Chester-le-Street County Durham England and her baptism took place there on June 1st, 1890. Enid Marguerita's father was William Matthew Renton and her mother was Mary Ann Sherritt. Her paternal grandparents were John Renton and Hannah Siddell. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Cecil, Eric Stuart, Horace, Claudia Sophia, Olivia, Stella and Helena. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
