Augustus Cecil (Cecil) Renton 
Augustus Cecil, known as Cecil, was born about 1889 in Chester-le-Street County Durham England. Cecil's father was William Matthew Renton and his mother was Mary Ann Sherritt. His paternal grandparents were John Renton and Hannah Siddell. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Eric Stuart, Horace, Claudia Sophia, Olivia, Stella, Enid Marguerita and Helena. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.-
