Thomas Waugh

Thomas was born in 1849 in Simonburn, Northumberland.¹ Thomas' father was William Waugh and his mother was Mary Dodd. His maternal grandparents were Edward Dodd and Isabel Barnfather. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John, Edward, William, Robert, Isabella, Celia, Catherine, Jane, Ann and Barbara. He was the youngest of the eleven children.
