Celia Waugh

Celia was born in 1833 in Northumberland and her baptism took place on August 11th, 1833 in Simonburn, Northumberland.¹ Celia's father was William Waugh and her mother was Mary Dodd. Her maternal grandparents were Edward Dodd and Isabel Barnfather. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Edward, William, Robert, Thomas, Isabella, Catherine, Jane, Ann and Barbara. She was the second oldest of the eleven children.
