Foster Victor Simmons 
Foster Victor was born on November 4th, 1894 in Van Buren Co, TN. Foster Victor's father was Charles Taylor Simmons and his mother was Jane 'Jennie' Phifer. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Lewis Simmons Sr. and Nancy Caroline Beatty. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Eusebius Monroe, Jay, Joe J., Charles Evans, Caroline L. C. Mollie, Nancy Elsie, Bettie Elizabeth and Jennie Lucinda. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 66 on January 25th, 1961 in McMinnville, Warren Co, TN.General Notes
