Thomas Roberts 
Thomas was born in 1832 in Rockingham Co, NC. Thomas' father was John Roberts and his mother was Minerva Thomas. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Roberts and Sarah Joyce. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William M., Jackson, Jones Washington, John B., Pleasant Harvey, Marion Karen and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Thomas and Daughter.General Notes
