Ephraim Peter was born on September 18th, 1836 in Salisbury Twp., Northampton, PA. Ephraim Peter's father was Jacob Troxell and his mother was Elizabeth Bleiler. His paternal grandparents were Peter Troxell and Helena Catherine Schoener. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Reuben, Reuben Daniel, Franklin Washington, Peter Ludwig, Maria, Helena, Catherine and Mary Ann. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He had a half-sister named Elemina. He died at the age of 79 in 1915 in unk.General Notes
