Temple Stuart

Temple was born on November 15th, 1806 in Guilford, NC. Temple's father was Jehu Stuart and his mother was Sarah Cook. His paternal grandfather was Jehu Stuart and his paternal grandmother is Sarah Stanley; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Cook and Mary Mills. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Absalom, Jehu, John, Robert, Susannah, Mary, Beulah, Sarah and Anna. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 76 in February 1883.
