Sarah was born on January 6th, 1739 in Guilford, NC. Sarah's father is Thomas Stanley and her mother is Elizabeth Crew. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Horton+ Stanley and Elizabeth+ Patten; her maternal grandparents were John II+ Crew and Sarah Osborne+ Gatley.
