Her paternal grandparents were Donald Of+ Mar and Helen Verch Llywelyn Of+ Gwynedd; her maternal grandparents were Robert De+ Brus and Margaret Of+ Carrick. She had a brother and a sister, named Donald Of+ and Margaret Of+. She was the oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Alexander+ and Nm+.
