Maud De+ was born about 1174 in Of, Cheshire, England. Maud De+'s father was Hugh Of Kevelioc+ Meschines and her mother was Bertrade D' Evereux+ Montfort. Her paternal grandparents were Ranulph De+ Meschines and Maud+ Fitzrobert; her maternal grandparents were Simon II De+ Montfort and Mahaut D'+ Evereux. She had a brother and five sisters, named Ranulph De, Beatrix Le+, Amicia De+, Agnes Of Kevelioc De+, Mabel De+ and Hawise De+. She was the third oldest of the seven children.
