Isabel De+ was born in 1226 in Gloucestershire, England. Isabel De+'s father was Gilbert Fitzrichard De+ Clare and her mother was Isabel+ Marshall. Her paternal grandparents were Richard De+ Clare and Amice Fitzrobert De+ Gloucester; her maternal grandparents were William+ Marshall and Isabel Fitzgilbert De+ Clare. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Richard Fitzgilbert De+, William De+, Rohese De+ and Amicie De+. She was the second youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother named Henry Of.
