Elizabeth+ was born about 1222 in Buchan, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Elizabeth+'s father was William+ Comyn and her mother was Marjory Of+ Buchan. Her paternal grandparents are Richard+ Comyn and Hextilda Of+ Tyndall; her maternal grandfather was Fergus De+ Buchan. She had two brothers and a sister, named Alexander+, Fergus+ and Idoine+. She was the second youngest of the four children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Walter+, Richard+ and Jean+. She died in 1267.General Notes
