Benjamin "Frank" Franklin Rooker 
Benjamin "Frank" Franklin was born on July 10th, 1859 in Polk County,Ia.1 Benjamin "Frank" Franklin's father was James Rooker and his mother was Elizabeth"Betsy" Wheeler. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin"Mine" Wheeler and Sarah Barlow. He had a sister named Nancy "Amanda". He was the older of the two children. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Martin Van Buren, James K Polk, John Cole, Ellendor Bessie, Judith Julia B., Sally, Angelina Geneva and Mary Elizabeth. He died at the age of 12 on February 22nd, 1872.2 -
