Agnes De was born about 1313 in , Wigmore, Herefordshire, England.  Agnes De's father was Roger de Mortimer , Earl of March 1st and her mother was Joan De Geneville Countess of March.  Her paternal grandparents were Edmund De Mortimer Lord of Wigmore and Margaret de Fiennes; her maternal grandparents were Piers de Geneville and Joan Lusignan. She had five brothers and nine sisters, named Edmund De, Edmund, Roger De, Geoffrey De, John De, Maud De, Margaret de, Margaret, Joan, Joane De, Blanche De, Blanche, Beatrice De and Katherine de.  She died about 1368.  She was buried in Minoresses Church, Without Aldgate, Middlesex, England.
