Ingelram was born in 1210 in Tolleshunt, Essex, England. Ingelram's father was William de Fiennes and his mother is Agnes de Dammartin. His maternal grandparents were Alberic II Cmte de Dammartin and Matilda de Ponthieu , of Clermont. He had a sister named Miss. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 59 in 1269.-
