Phillip H. Meadows 
Phillip H. was born in 1873.1 Phillip H.'s father was Sampson Gilbert Meadows and his mother was Caroline Thomas. His paternal grandparents were JORDAN Meadows and Susannah Payne. He had a brother and three sisters, named James, Emma E., Mary B. and Alwilda. He was the youngest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Andrew J., William Lewis, John L., Sarah E. and Susan E.. He died at the age of 32 in 1905. He was buried in Willowton Cemetery, Mercer County, West Virginia.1 1 -
