Jacob was born about 1766.1 Jacob's father was FRANCIS M. Meadows and his mother was MARY Kesiah Bell. His paternal grandfather was THOMAS Meadows and his paternal grandmother is ANN Bourne; his maternal grandparents were JOHN Bell and HANNAH STOKES. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Francis, James, Jeremiah Isaac, John, Mary and Mollie. He is the third youngest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers named Lewis and Isreal.General Notes
