Thomas was born in 1680 in Essex Co., Virginia.1 Thomas' father was JOHN MEADOWS and his mother was ELIZABETH White. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Meadows and SARAH HOSKINS; his maternal grandparents are RICHARD WHITE and ADDRA. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Richard, John, Rachel, Elizabeth, Hope and Esther. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jonas, Job, Jason, Joshua Joel, Dinah Esther and Mary. He died at the age of 78 on July 31st, 1758 in Essex Co., Virginia.
