Jeremiah Isaac was born about 1764 in Rockingham Co., Virginia.1 Jeremiah Isaac's father was FRANCIS M. Meadows and his mother was MARY Kesiah Bell. His paternal grandfather was THOMAS Meadows and his paternal grandmother is ANN Bourne; his maternal grandparents were JOHN Bell and HANNAH STOKES. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Francis, James, Jacob, John, Mary and Mollie. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers named Lewis and Isreal. He died on June 25th, 1843 in Fayette Co., West Virginia.1 -
