Talbert M. Manning 
Talbert M. was born on October 12th, 1850. Talbert M.'s father was William "Billy" Manning and his mother was Elizabeth "Betsy" Matthews. His paternal grandparents were Micajah "Michael" Manning and Margaret "Peggy" Whitehurst; his maternal grandparents were William Matthews and Mary Taylor. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William M, John Lawrence Graham, Mary Ann, Magzilla "Ziley", Nancy Anne Elizabeth and Caroline. He was the third youngest of the seven children.
