Caroline Manning 
Caroline was born about 1854. Caroline's father was William "Billy" Manning and her mother was Elizabeth "Betsy" Matthews. Her paternal grandparents were Micajah "Michael" Manning and Margaret "Peggy" Whitehurst; her maternal grandparents were William Matthews and Mary Taylor. She had three brothers and three sisters, named William M, John Lawrence Graham, Talbert M., Mary Ann, Magzilla "Ziley" and Nancy Anne Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the seven children.-
