William de Beauchamp 9th Earl of Warwick

William was born in 1237 in Elmley Castle,Worcestershire,England.¹ William's father was William de Beauchamp and his mother was Maud FitzGeoffrey. His paternal grandparents were Baron William V de Beauchamp Beauchamp and Isabel MAUDUIT; his maternal grandparents were John FitzGeoffrey , Justiciar of Ireland, Sir and Isabel , Countess of Essex Bigod. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Walter, John, James, Thomas, Guy , 10th Earl of Warwick, Isabel, Joan, Sybil and Sarah. He was the oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Guy De, Isabel De and Sarah De. He died at the age of 61 on June 9th, 1298 in Elmley Castle,Worcestershire,England. He was buried on June 22nd, 1298 in Grey Friars,Worcestershire,England.¹¹
