Edward Stewart Waldrip 
Edward Stewart was born on November 1st, 1885 in Coosa Co., AL.1 Edward Stewart's father was Asa Melton Waldrip and his mother was Martha Thomas Sears. His paternal grandparents were William Waldrip and Margaret Flowers; his maternal grandparents were John A. Sears and Tabitha Jane Buckner. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John William, George Sanford, James Robert, Joseph Guy, Asa Franklin, Smith Graham, Margaret Tabitha, Ann Marvin, Harriet McCary and Effie C.. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 71 on June 11th, 1957 in Talladega Co., AL.
