Ann Marvin was born on May 1st, 1880 in Coosa Co., AL.1 Ann Marvin's father was Asa Melton Waldrip and her mother was Martha Thomas Sears. Her paternal grandparents were William Waldrip and Margaret Flowers; her maternal grandparents were John A. Sears and Tabitha Jane Buckner. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named John William, George Sanford, James Robert, Joseph Guy, Asa Franklin, Edward Stewart, Smith Graham, Margaret Tabitha, Harriet McCary and Effie C.. She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 88 on December 15th, 1968 in ?.1 General Notes
