Oliver Franklin was born on February 7th, 1877 in TX.1 Oliver Franklin's father was Zebulon Thomas Rushing and his mother was Josephine Emily Yarberry. His paternal grandparents were Oliver Hazard Perry Rushing and Irene E. Weaver; his maternal grandparents were William Frank Yarberry and Nancy Ann Dodd. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Charles Thomas, William Jackson, Oby Zeb, Arthur Louis, Joe Roy, Guy Townsend, Exer Emily, Minneola, Elsja V., Estelle and Ethel Mary. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 2 on July 7th, 1879 in Robertson Co., TX. He was buried in Tidwell Prairie Cemetery, Robertson Co., TX.1 1 -
