Arthur Louis was born on December 12th, 1893 in Tidwell Prairie, TX.1 Arthur Louis' father was Zebulon Thomas Rushing and his mother was Josephine Emily Yarberry. His paternal grandparents were Oliver Hazard Perry Rushing and Irene E. Weaver; his maternal grandparents were William Frank Yarberry and Nancy Ann Dodd. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Oliver Franklin, Charles Thomas, William Jackson, Oby Zeb, Joe Roy, Guy Townsend, Exer Emily, Minneola, Elsja V., Estelle and Ethel Mary. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 65 on April 15th, 1959 in Houston, TX.1 -
