Alfrod Henry was born on June 29th, 1850 in Pike Co., AL.1 Alfrod Henry's father was Young Wood Rainer and his mother was Isabel Jane Smart. His maternal grandparents were Cornelious Smart and Temperance Rushing. He had a brother and three sisters, named Joel James, Eliza Anne, Caroline Jane and Sidney.
