Mary Elizabeth Garrett 
Mary Elizabeth was born on October 21st, 1862 in Walton County, Florida.1 Mary Elizabeth's father was Overstreet Wiley Garrett and her mother was Elizabeth A. Roberson. Her paternal grandparents were Robert* Jackson, Sr. Garrett and Mary* Ann Clackler. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert Jonathan, Nedam Gray, Joseph Henry, George, Eliza Jane and Susan Caroline. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Joshua Hill, James Monroe, John Coleman, Thomas Jefferson, Frances Sara, Rebecca Virginia and Martha Jane. She died at the age of 38 in 1900.1 -
