Eliza Jane Garrett 
Eliza Jane was born on February 21st, 1866 in Walton County, Florida.1 Eliza Jane's father was Overstreet Wiley Garrett and her mother was Elizabeth A. Roberson. Her paternal grandparents were Robert* Jackson, Sr. Garrett and Mary* Ann Clackler. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert Jonathan, Nedam Gray, Joseph Henry, George, Mary Elizabeth and Susan Caroline. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Joshua Hill, James Monroe, John Coleman, Thomas Jefferson, Frances Sara, Rebecca Virginia and Martha Jane. She died at the age of 92 in 1958. She was buried in Hatcher Cemetery, Freeport, Florida.1 1 -
