Joseph Sanford Mitchell 
Joseph Sanford was born in January 1834 in Newton Co, Ga. Joseph Sanford's father was Joseph Man Mitchell and his mother was Sarah. His paternal grandparents were John Mitchell and Cosbie Workman. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Mitchell, Mitchell, Mitchell, Marmaduke, Mitchell and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 76 on July 30th, 1910 in Magnolia, Ar. He was buried on July 31st, 1910 in Magnolia Cemetary, Magnolia, Ar.General Notes
