Elijah Washington Mitchell 
Elijah Washington was born on October 28th, 1868 in Fouke, Miller Co., Ar. Elijah Washington's father was Joseph Sanford Mitchell and his mother was Caroline Emily Odom. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Man Mitchell and Sarah; his maternal grandparents were Asa Odom and Louisa Vicey Waller. He had seven brothers, and also four siblings of unknown gender named James Anderson, John William, Thomas L, Francis I, Ambrose Yates, Joseph, Walton Jacob, Mitchell, Mitchell, Mitchell and Mitchell. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 97 in January 1966 in Shreveport, la.General Notes
Elijah Ended up back in LA after leaving Waco in a hurry with the law after him.
He was also wanted in AR for some kind of larceny
Ran a sawmill in Fisher, Sabine Parish, LA
