Richard Williamson 
Richard was born in 1786 in Clinch River Area, Virginia. Richard's father was Alden Sr. Williamson and his mother was Isabelle Thompson. His paternal grandfather was Hugh Williamson; his maternal grandparents were Richard Thompson and Mildred Short. He had three brothers and a sister, named Benjamin, John, Hammond and Ann Eva. He was the youngest of the five children. He had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Alden, Hiram, Solomon, William, Elijah, Elias or Aley, James, Elizabeth "Betsey" and Nancy. He died at the age of 86 in 1872 in Wyoming County, West Virginia.-
