Solomon Williamson

Solomon was born in 1801 in Russell County, Virginia.  Solomon's father was Alden Sr. Williamson and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Jackson.  His paternal grandfather was Hugh Williamson. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Alden, Hiram, William, Elijah, Elias or Aley, James, Elizabeth "Betsey" and Nancy.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Benjamin, John, Hammond, Richard and Ann Eva.  He died after 1860 in Lawrence County, Kentucky.
