Polly Ann Combest 
Polly Ann was born in 1833 in Kentucky.1 Polly Ann's father was James Combest and her mother was Nancy Bowmer. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel D. Combest and Sarah Dick; her maternal grandparents were John Bowmer and Phoebe Goodman. She had eight brothers named Samuel James, William Riley, Commadore Perry, Levi, James Wiley, Zachariah Kennedy, John and Mathias. She died at the age of 11 on September 20th, 1844 in (Buried at Combest family cemetery, four mi. so. of Pana, Shelby Co., Illinois).1 -
