Nancy Buchanan

Nancy was born on December 22nd, 1802.¹   Nancy's father was John Buchanan and her mother was Jane Patterson.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Buchanan and Martha McNutt. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, James, William E, John, Matthew, Robert, Andrew, Alexander, Martha, Ann and Elizabeth.  She was the youngest of the thirteen children.
