Mary Emma Shealy 
Mary Emma was born on November 4th, 1875 in Nr Little Mountain, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Mary Emma's father was Leonard L. Shealy and her mother was Martha Isabelle Comalander. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Shealy and Mary Caroline Sease. She had ten brothers and three sisters, named James Alexander, Jacob Franklin, Andrew Pierson, John Elliott, Jonah Tompson, Perry Haskell, Ludie Mitchell, Birty Lee, Oscar Roland, Ernest Ardell, Angie Ada, Marrilla Catherine and Brinnie Mae. She was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 6 on September 10th, 1882 in Nr Little Mountain, Newberry County, South Carolina. She was buried in Comalander Cemetery, Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 1 -
