James Alexander Shealy 
James Alexander was born on April 19th, 1869.1 James Alexander's father was Leonard L. Shealy and his mother was Martha Isabelle Comalander. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Shealy and Mary Caroline Sease. He had nine brothers and four sisters, named Jacob Franklin, Andrew Pierson, John Elliott, Jonah Tompson, Perry Haskell, Ludie Mitchell, Birty Lee, Oscar Roland, Ernest Ardell, Angie Ada, Mary Emma, Marrilla Catherine and Brinnie Mae. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 81 on November 13th, 1950. He was buried in Rosemont Cemetery, Newberry, SC NC2-87.1 1 -
